Spicy Pepper Jam

Jams vs Jellies:
Jams have bits of fruits in them. Jellies have all the fruit solids strained out.

We like this sweet & spicy pepper jam a little chunky! Pairs well with cream cheese, goat cheese, and beef or pork marinades.

Primarily featuring homegrown Fresno peppers, but also Ajvarskis (a big delicious sweet red pepper), bell peppers, and jalapenos.
