Elderberry is a go-to herb for boosting the immune system, especially during the cold/flu season. Our elderberry elixir is only made with fresh, Arkansas-grown, organically-cultivated elderberries. We make a truly potent elixir by concentrating fresh-pressed elderberry juice down at a low temperature, preserving delicate antioxidants and other beneficial phytochemicals. We never use sugar in our syrup, only raw honey from Rural Route Farms (Russellville, AR). This syrupis infused with astragalus root & fresh ginger for an even stronger immunity boost, and with mulling spices for their warmth & culinary delight. Use in cocktails or sodas, on pancakes or oatmeal, or take it by the spoonful. Your jar will feel right at home in either the kitchen or the medicine cabinet.
